Sedgewick Homes welcomes your referrals! We take great pride that many of our customers come to us through referrals of our past customers, vendors and other important relationships. To be eligible, new customers must have had no prior contact with Sedgewick Homes and the referring person must pre register the new customer or the new customer must inform Sedgewick Homes they were referred (by you) during their FIRST communication with us.
When the person you referred builds a home with us, we will pay a $500 referral fee after we’ve completed the foundation. We welcome you to stop in to one of our sales offices to receive your referral check and to celebrate our partnership with you!
